A controversial idea for sale
Kipton Davis is a very inventive person from Virginia. He found the way how to sell housing estate. Davis invited clients to see houses for sale and then he gave them an alcohol like vodka, wine and appetizeres. He said that everything to drink and eat is joind in hausing estates.
Clients were very surprised but also they gushed over this situation. Kipton Davis thinks that the alcohol brings people together. After this meetings clients became more brave. They made decisions which were dangerous for them.
We don’t know is this strategy of selling effective. But we know that consumption of alcohol in USA is rising. People admit that they drink more because of crisis.
